How Much Does Medicare Part B Cost?

In 2022, the standard Part B premium is $170.10. If you receive benefits from Social Security, Railroad Retirement Board, or Office of Personnel Management, your Part B premium will be deducted from your benefits. If you do not receive these benefits, your premium costs will be sent to you in a bill. While most people will pay the monthly premium for Part B, you may have a higher premium based on your income.
